Grass-fed, slowly matured Lamb, grazed in Wheathampstead. We offer two options of cut to suit different size households.
Option A – Whole Leg x 2, Whole Shoulder x 2, Rack x 1, Cutlets x 8, Loin Chops x 10-12, Lamb Ribs, 2 X Neck Fillet, Chopped Neck (for casserole), Liver, 2 X Kidneys.
Option B – Half Leg x 4, Half Shoulder x 4, Rack x 1, Cutlets X 8, Loin Chops 10-12, Lamb Ribs, 2 x Neck Fillets, Chopped Neck (for casserole), liver, 2 x Kidneys.
