Grass-fed, slowly matured Lamb, grazed in Wheathampstead. We offer two options of cut to suit different size households.
Option A – 1 x Whole Leg, 1 x Whole Shoulder, 8 x Cutlets, 5-6 Loin Chops, 1 Neck Fillet, Lamb ribs, Liver, Mince.
Option B – 2 X Half Leg, 2 x Half Shoulder, 8 x Cutlets, 5-6 Loin Chops, 1 x Neck Fillet, Lamb Ribs, Liver, Mince.
While every effort is made to keep to the above we may occasionally need to substitute certain items. If this is the case we will always substitute with items of the same or higher value.
